Required permission: read_cycle_counts
Returns a single cycle count with all of its items and the full count history for each item. Items include location details, line-level status, and all counts with per-product expected/actual quantities.
Each item in the response represents a location that was included in the cycle count. The counts array within each item contains the full chronological history of every count submission, including skips.
The line_status field defaults to not_counted for items that have not been started.
